In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), users are informed about the processing of their personal data.

2. Why do we process your data?

We process the data you provide for the following purposes:

  • To respond to requests for information, enquiries and appointment requests made through the contact form, WhatsApp or phone.
  • To manage the booking and provision of the requested services.
  • To maintain the communication necessary for the client relationship.

No automated decisions or profiling will be carried out using your data.

3. What data do we process?

Through the contact form we collect: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. We only process the data that you provide. We do not request special categories of data; please do not include health data or other sensitive information in the message field.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing is:

  • Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form.
  • Pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you request an appointment or service.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. When no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.

6. Who do we share your data with?

Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. Technology service providers (web hosting, email) may access the data as data processors and solely to provide their services. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, the processing will also be governed by the privacy policies of those platforms.

7. What are your rights?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them. You may exercise the following rights:

  • Access to your personal data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of data when no longer necessary.
  • Restriction of or objection to processing.
  • Portability of your data.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time.

To exercise them, you may write to info@hawaiianrainbow.es or to the postal address provided, proving your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.
